The Blaze grill is working great. I have had no issues with the system. If I do have issues, I have a client care concierge Hope to help me out.

MEET OUR TEAM
Andrew has been with American Grill and Hearth for 18 years, helping homeowners and builders design and pick out their outdoor kitchens.
He is an expert in all aspects of outdoor kitchen design and installation, as well as indoor fireplaces. Andrew has worked both in the field, installing kitchens and fireplaces, as well as in design, and has used this experience to guide homeowners in picking out the right design for their homes.
Andrew uses a 3D modeling program to design the custom kitchen in just minutes, right before the homeowner’s eyes, giving them the visual they need to make the right decisions.
Carol has been with American Grill and Hearth for 20 years as an executive administrator and is familiar with all aspects of the company, always making sure everything is running smoothly. Originally from Chicago, Carol has been a Sarasota resident for more than 35 years, enjoying the beautiful Florida sun and beaches. Carol enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and pitbull, Luna.
Michelle is a firefighter and enjoys savage races, fitness, and spending time with her dog. Michelle has been with American Grill and Hearth for 11 years and is an expert when it comes to making sure all outdoor fireplaces are set correctly. She is also a specialist in the showroom and a troubleshooter.
Rich has 40 years of experience in home restoration and remodeling and is an expert in all aspects of design. Rich oversees all projects, ensuring they are done correctly. Rich is a US Army veteran and enjoys scuba diving and skiing, as well as spending time with his wife and family.
John is originally from Buffalo, NY and enjoys the Florida outdoors/beach. John manages a 13,000 square foot warehouse and inventory for American Grill and Hearth as well as assisting with custom outdoor kitchen and fireplace installations.
Eddie and his family are natives to the Sarasota area. Eddie has been with American Grill long enough helping to contribute to its total of 4000 beautiful custom outdoor kitchens since 2001. Eddie is a fan of the culinary arts and a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and children.
Jay has been with American Grill and Hearth for four years and is an expert when it comes to building and creating custom design outdoor kitchens and fireplaces. Jay is also a US Army Veteran Ranger as well as a health and fitness professional.
Ty has been with American Grill for 3 years now and is an expert when it comes to custom design outdoor kitchens and fireplaces. Ty is an avid fisher and enjoys the outdoors as well as spending time with his family and kids.
